GRACE CREEK MEDIA ANNOUNCES NEW SPORTSKOOL PRESIDENT

ANNAPOLIS, MD, June 28, 2016 – Grace Creek Media, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has named Dave Willox as the new President of Sportskool, the U.S.-based sports lifestyle and entertainment television network.

Willox brings with him more than twenty years experience in television production, new media and operational leadership. He is a Managing Partner with Bluewater PE, LLC., a growth management firm that specializes in the rapid scaling of businesses in the information, cybersecurity, and risk management markets.

Prior to joining Bluewater, he served as Executive Vice President of Critical Information Network (CiNET) in Dallas, where he played a chief role in leading the company through an acquisition, re-branding, restructuring and growth plan that successfully doubled revenues, reduced expense, and re-positioned the company as a leading interactive digital video-based training content provider.

Willox identified, positioned, and presented the CiNet acquisition opportunity, assembling the leadership team to acquire Primedia Workplace Learning’s 200,000 sq. ft. television studio assets, extensive 10,000 course training video library, existing customer base and revenue. Previous to his role at CiNET, he lived in New York City and was a producer with Dateline NBC and ABC Primetime Live.

“I am extremely pleased that Dave will be joining us in this important leadership role,” said Andrew Walworth, CEO and founder of Grace Creek Media. “His results-oriented approach and track record of building successful media companies will be critical assets as we start this new chapter for Sportskool.”

“Sportskool is one of the most innovative sports, fitness and active lifestyle media companies and has always been at the forefront of the on-demand, multi-platform revolution in television,” said Willox. “I am excited to be part of the new Sportskool, and look forward to working with all our team members, distribution partners and content providers to increase Sportskool’s reach, enhance its editorial content, and grow its profitability.”
